Sheila McNeil gets things done for our community.

She has dedicated herself to providing leadership for our community. A native of precinct 4 and a graduate of Sam Houston High School, Sheila holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and is an Adjunct Professor of political science at UTSA.

As a City Council member (2005 – 2009), a teacher and a community leader, Sheila McNeil has a proven record of bringing people together to get things done.
